B: Decaf coffee 0/0 FF yogurt w/cereal mixed in 3/3 LF muffin 2/5 Snack: WW 2 pt bar 2/7 L: ?dunno - lunch date canceled so now I have to go & get something :( D: Leftover veggie cheese soup 4/15 Natural Ovens bagel 2/17 1 cup skim milk 2/19 Snack: WW 2pt bar 2/21 Water: 68 oz so far Exercise: Treadmill Point Range: 18-25 |

What a hectic day. I wasn't as careful as I could have been. Wasn't enough time to think.
Morning ww smoothie with soy milk 3 strawberries 1 Midday boca italian sausages 4 pasta 3 sauce 1 ww bar 2 rice cake with fruit spread 2 Evening Grilled tofu 4 Grilled veggies 0 rice 4 Total: 24 Exercise: 20 minutes on elliptical trainer Hour long body shaping class Half hour yoga (Yoga Zone) |

luneberg pudding is a nova scotian sausage that I thought was like any typical sausage. However, I called my buds who gave it to me - nova scotian who lives in the Queen Charlotte Islands and he says its like spreadable.
I returned to work with a peanut butter sammich and told DP to try it first. I'll call her soon to see if she is okay. :) I think its a beef pate thing. Don't I eat a varied diet? and really bored and not enthused about work, so maybe I'll just bag it. lala |
