bad snack! frito twists, threw out the bag after

baba ganoush on pain au levain 5/19
cheese curds - love/hate relationship 2/21
impulsive snack after gym:
caramel apple pop thing -didn't finish 1/22
exercise: gym (40 mins plus)
water:glug glug

weigh-in: 127: lost 1/2 pound (I think due to sodium restriction)

Hectic day. Had a meeting in NYC. First time I was there since the attacks.

Morning
scrambled egg whites 1
vegetarian breakfast patties 2
light english muffin 1
fruit spread 1

Midday
salmon 6
grilled veggies 1
broccoli 1

Evening
ww bar 2
palak paneer 5

Total: 20 (I think. I guessed a bit for lunch)

Exercise: Weight training and kickboxing/step class

kt: I heard at my meeting last week that five candy corns is 1 pt! I'm laying off those suckers. Its hershey's kisses for me or bust.

lalala -you're right about the points on the candy corn - the package I bought said 150 calories for 15 pieces. Thankfully, the bag is gone (thanks to me!! ) . Won't be buying those babies again.
