I thought I'd just let you all know that soon after the 8th of January you should see my around here a lot more often asking tons of questions.
I'll be moving to a new place where I'll have access to a 24-hr (free!!) dinky apartment fitness center, and I plan to switch from calorie counting to portion control and I'll start **LIFTING** !!
I've never really done any before, and I'd like to take the eneergy I put into tracking -all of my food- into getting some muscles (to replace the ones that I lost with the fat, no doubt) and to getting some strength.
Help/Advice for my 2-month plan? Please!!
