Ohhhhhhhh. ouch and ouch and ouch. I went back to the gym this weekend after taking a 6+ month break. I trained my back/biceps and legs along with cardio. I usually go by the "stimulate don't annihilate" creedo, however, this weekend I ran past stimulate straight into total annihilation of my muscles. I know better than to do that!
Now, I can't straighten my arms all the way, and my hamstring and calves are screaming. I wasn't even able to sleep very good because of the pain.
Oh well, I'm happy I made it to the gym, and I'll take it a little easier next weekend.
