Borrowed the book from my girlfriend. It's by Wini Linguvic. It's a combination of strength training, yoga, pilates, stretching and cardio to give you results in 12 minutes a day. She recommends doing 3 20 minute cardio workouts a week as well. She also suggests that you lift until you fatigue by doing only 1 set of 15 reps. It sounds so appealing to me as I HATE working out no matter what program I have tried so 12 minutes sounds awesome to me. Any thoughts?
