Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself and hopefully meet a few of you. I've been away from weights and lifting for awhile, but am ready to return finally. I was very hardcore into lifting a few years back, but was also sufferring from a major eating disorder. Anyway, I've been recovered for awhile, and getting my eating back on track and think I'm finally ready to excersise again, only this time in a healthy way. It's been about about 7 years since I've really worked out in a serious way with weights, so I'm a little nervous but excited to be back.
