I did Joyce's programs of mainly Definition and Bottoms Up a few years back and thought they were great. Built some muscle - I could feel my guns
I actually lost about 20 kgs and only discovered Joyce towards the end of that loss so can't really say it was a major contributor but did feel that there were some effects.
I am thinking about picking it back up again and doing it with the DVD's I already have and prefer the Definition program.
Was just after anyones experiences with the program?
