Kettleballs are HARD! 16k is a pretty heavy one for starters. Do a search for Pavel Tsatsouline's site. He's the Russian "inventor" of the kettle ball workouts. He has some books, tapes and DVD's as well as a site out there. Good luck, move your feet quickly, and be careful of your back

Here ya go: www.russian-kettleballs.com

They aren't giving any info away on that site! DVD, tapes and workout books for sale, though.

There was an extensive article I saw in one of the bodybuilding magazines yesterday. The focus was on Pavel Tsatsouline's techniques and there were lots of exercises to perform. I believe it was the June 2005 issue of Iron Man. There is also a good site kettlebell-training.com than should give you lots of details.
