What did you do today?

  • I would really like to log what I'm doing, and was hoping some others would be interested in posting their exercises they did for the day.

    Full disclosure - I have a broken ankle, so I am mainly doing exercises I can do on my floor at home that do not utilize my right leg, haha. So probably sounds a little whimpy at this point, but that is why I really need some accountability and encouragement.

    100 Air Punches (punching toward the ceiling directly above my head)
    50 Side Jabs / L&R
    15 Sm, 15 Lg Arm Circles, back & fwd
    20 Arm Extensions
    40 Leg Raises / L&R
    20 Leg Circles / S&L / L&R
  • Last thing I wanted to do was anything other than eat lots and lots of delicious carbs today...but I stuck to it and completed my strength exercises...
