It's been aaaages since I've posted. But I took a quick gander through some new posts today, and saw some confusion about resistance vs aerobic exercise for best fat loss.
Here are a few articles I enjoy on the topic. My general conclusion has been that
a combination of
resistance (ie. strength) training,
high intensity intervals (eg. sprints, skipping, circuits, etc.) and
low level steady state aerobic (eg. walking, hiking, swimming, etc.) works best.
But this is just what works for me.
Our beautiful bodies all work a little differently, so it's important for you to
experiment, and figure out what works for you.
