Default The Ultimate Female Training Guide

So I randomly walked into the Just Fitness by my house today and signed up. I wanted to get my fitness levels back to where they were as I've been plateaued for months now. I really want to get into lifting, but honestly I have no idea where to begin. I've been researching online and found the stronglifts 5x5, which still has too many variables for me as its only three exercises and they want you to add supplements or something. The No Rules one has mediocre reviews. Why is it so hard to find a weightlifting program?!
Well, I did find this one on simplyshredded.com and it's got a nice amount of exercises and seems completely feasible, so I think this is the one I will try starting next week.

Any one find any other good programs or have any ideas on creating your own?

Mini Goals:
10% Down - 172 - Fall 2012
Normal BMI - 164 - April 2013
Next 10% Down - 155 - Fall 2013
5 Pounds left - 140
