One habit that is common to many people who have lost weight and kept it off is eating Breakfast every day. Studies show people who eat breakfast have lower BMI's than breakfast skippers and perform better, whether at school or boardroom. Try a bowl of whole grain cereal topped with fruits and low fat dairy for a quick and nutritious start to yours.

In order to follow nutritional recommendations, eating breakfast may benefit your heart, stomach, bones, and more! an improved heart. Breakfast eaters tend to have lower blood cholesterol levels than skippers, who are at an increased risk for heart disease.
