I've been doing Bodypump for about 6 months now and I really like it. I do two classes per week with two different instructors who use different tracks. Right now I'm at:
Squat: 17.5 lbs per side
Chest: 7.5-10 lbs per side depending on the track
Back: 10 lbs per side
Triceps: 6 lb hand weights
Biceps: start w 7 lbs per side, usually end at 5
Lunges: 10 lbs per side
Shoulders: 5 lb hand weights
Not heavy but so much more than when I started!
