Default LiveFit/Simply shredded - 12 week program

Anyone ever do either of these? They're similar programs.

I do Body Pump but after messaging with JLP from Female Fitness DoYouEven.com on FB, she pointed me in this direction. I want to step my Lifting up & see better results

I've been doing Group Power occasionally, which is like Body Pump. I also do lifting days as well as I consider Group Power to be more of a cardio workout.

I haven't done either but like that it's a 12 week program. I'm doing P90X which is 13 weeks. I've done it before. I'm a firm believer that 12 weeks is a good program length because if you stick with it you WILL see results by week 12. Especially if you combine it with a good eating plan.

Wow, that second link looks really good. Right now I am taking a strength-training class and using a strength-training at home system and the combination is working really well for me. I may have to use some of the meal plan ideas though.
