Well one thing I'd say is keep going! Weight training can help redefine your shape as well as help burn fat. If you want to look into a program, I'd recommend the New Rules of Lifting for Women. It is a 6 month weight training plan in a book.
Squats, lunges and dead lifts are really the key for helping shape the legs. I'd say though that I'd recommend a whole body program.
You can't out-exercise poor eating habits.
