Alright, I did take the pencil boob test and passed, lol. I don't think it necessarily has to do with the size of my small-ish chest but rather the fact that I have been bench pressing in the NROL4W and my pectoral muscles must be built up therefore the breast sits higher on my chest wall (or something like that).
Anyhow, you have to stand up straight for the butt pencil test - put it under the gluteal fold (the area of the skin where the butt meets the upper thigh) and if it sags too much, it will not fall. If the butt is adequately firm and lifted, it will immediately fall to the ground.
FWIW, my butt was flat and saggy beyond belief around 6 months ago. I'm 40 and have had two kids - it wasn't a pretty sight. I could hide it in clothes but I dreaded bathing suit season. I'm telling you that no butt is beyond repair. It may take up to six months like it did for me yet you can improve it, no doubt.
