Lydia-- don't we all need to work on endurance. That is, except for Cheryl, who is, no doubt, still running.
Since late April-early May I've been babying my right knee and reducing the weight I was lifting in LB work. I have not compensated for that reduction, and I've decided to try doing at least 20 minutes of either the ebike or the elliptical for 6 days a week. I'm going to do this for 2 months and see if there is any impact on weight/body fat.
