Default I Bench Pressed 65lbs!

I am pretty excited about my most recent weight lifting accomplishment and I wanted to share!

On Monday night at the gym I bench pressed 65 pounds x 8 reps x 4 sets!
My long term goal is to increase the weight to 100 pounds.

I can't wait for my next chest workout on Monday!

That is very cool. I am at 20 kilos right now (44lb) and the smallest weights are 2.5k each side! So my next step will have to be 55lb!

Great, but, of course, don't sacrifice form for weight. [Just had to say that! ]

I'm curious why 100 is your goal?

Good luck with your goal. One reason I asked is that I am only a few inches taller, weigh a bit more, and can not imagine lifting 100 pounds. BUT, maybe I need to work on my imagination.

I can deadlift 162 pounds, and I LOVE that.
