Gypsy - are your wrists straight when you hold it? I've never had that issue myself with dumbbells.

I wasn't feeling good last week so I skipped CF for a week. Then went Thursday and Friday. Thursday was running, jumping squats and pullups (which are jumping pullups for me). Yesterday was deadlifts, power cleans and deep pushups. Result being every muscle in my body hurts today

Are you talking about the surface of your palms? Or deeper inside your hands? If the surface, gloves might help. Or looking for a different kinds of DB. Some of the ones at my gym have a very rough surface, but there are others that are smooth, and even some of the vinyl covered ones - but those top out at 10 or 15 lbs. If it's the inside side of your hands, I can't offer a suggestion, sorry.....

Thanks Lydia He's still waking 5-6x a night more often than not so it's rough going! I'm going to a body ball class tomorrow morning, I need to start out easy. I pulled some abdominal muscles in my last few weeks of pregnancy.
