Default Just did my first weight training routine!

I am so stinkin' proud of myself!
I was so scared, it was silly.

I've been thinking about it for a long time. We're lucky in that my huband has a lat pull-down machine--and I've a few free weights--though the 2.5 lb dumbells are not heavy enough for me for the bent over row--but that's OK. Gotta start somewhere!

I did Krista's Beginner's Fat Chick programe: I looked up all the exercises on the net before I began...and it went really smoothly.

Thanks for letting me brag!

That's awesome! I just started too and I feel so great about myself.

I actually feel like I'm doing a real work out too!

Congratulations
