So....my limiting factor in the gym is now grip. Eventually my hands just can't hang on to the dumbbells anymore. I get hand cramps.
Are the wrist wraparound things going to help me with that?
p.s. apparently the way to get past the fact that I cant make the jump from 15lbs to 20 lbs is to go straight to 25 lbs. I feel like the old Bill Cosby routine. "If I can't jump my own height, maybe I can jump OVER my own height"

Wrist wraps probably would let you lift heavier and/or hold on longer, since they take some weight from the fingers/grip and transfer it to the forearm. Or, you could just break up the work into smaller sets, maybe superset with a press, push-ups, or similar to give your grip a break. Another option, if it's for DB step-ups or something like that, may be to switch to a barbell on the shoulders. HTH!
