Default how to tone the flabbiness

Hello I am on the road to losing my weight but with my concern is how to tone the flab that is left after losing all the weight? Do I work on toning as I lose or what is the best way?

Working on resistance training is imperative as you lose weight. This allows you to build up the muscle loss from losing weight and allows the "flab" to sit on the muscle differently.

Age, genetics, skin condition and how fast you put on the weight really are the determining factors of toning the flab. Never skimp on the resistance, regardless.

I agree - resistance/weight training is a must to get rid of flab and to help your skin tighten up. A solid, full-body strength training routine a few times a week will be very beneficial. Read up in fitness magazines, like Oxygen, or workout books, or DVDs etc. to help you get started and then you can build a routine that works best for you once you get in the hang of things. I read Tosca Reno's Eat-Clean Diet Workout book and now i'm well on my way with a great routine that's helping me get toned. I still have a way to go, but all progress is motivation!

thanks for the great ideas I used to be scared to build muscle because it weighs more but I got over that and now I just try to do Belly dance twice a week and didnt think it was enough. Thanks again

I'm going to recommend New Rules of Lifting for Women. I'm three weeks in and swear things are tightening up dramatically. I think my tummy is shrinking too.
