Here is a WW recipe that I found. What modifications do you think need to be made? Thanks!
> 1 lb lean ground beef
> 2 cans shoepeg corn
> 1 can each: black beans, pinto beans, kidney beans
> 1 can rotel
> 1 can tomatoes (I usually get diced tomatoes b/c I don't like the big chunks)
> 1 pkg taco seasoning
> 1 pkg ranch dressing mix
> 2 cups water

> Brown and drain the ground beef. Add all of the ingredients in a BIG pot and bring to a boil. Let simmer 15 minutes. I sometimes crumble some tortilla chips in the bottom of the bowl and serve the soup over it. I have also served this over rice and put cheese on top (of course, that adds calories).
