Pat - being consistent is the hardest part of any program for me, too... I might print the info out to pdf or paper copies and try the alumni for a little while if it were me. Can you change midstream if you want back into the full deal?

Forgot to post my exercise when I was here earlier.

Today's workout was two-fold... Part one was functional fitness. I came home to discover the expensive, handmade LP shelving I bought DH for Christmas had been delivered today by freight truck and left on my driveway in the rain. No delivery notification or call to schedule as I expected. My builder saw it and they called to get my code to put it in the garage, but only after it had been in the rain for a little while. I unpacked it and it was safe, not wet. The functional fitness part came when in my anger I decided to carry both shelves upstairs to DH's music room by myself. Not particularly heavy, shipping weight was 75lbs and a lot of that was cardboard packing material, just bulky. Got them both up and finished the unpacking. The real workout was Day 1 of the 3 day intermediate split I got off of stumptuous. Figured I had done enough UB with carrying the shelves.

The exercises, all done with BB today:
Squat - 1x10x65lb, 1x10x75lb, 1x10x85lb
Split squat - 1x8x45lb/Lunge - 2x8x45lb - same set, could only do one split w/ BB so moved to lunges
Stiff legged deadlift - 1x10x65lb, 1x10x75lb, 1x10x85lb
Calf Raise - 3x10x85lb

hi all,

Shannon - Feeling a lot better, thanks!

YES! I did get myself to the gym yesterday for my power class. It was bad, I was slightly nauseous afterwards, but I did make my 1 hour exercise an felt a lot better for it. Today is a different thing again as I have to attend a school function this evening and I'm not biking to work. I might shift todays hour to a later time this week.

I'm excited because I might be able to get some used weight equipment from our equivalent to craigslist. I made a deal and I'm supposed to pick it up thursday, but I'll believe it when I see it. It 'll be a present for DS, who is now using my stuff (and not returning it to where I use it) but it has more possibilities, so I would like to use it as well.

to all of you,
Have a great day all,
Rabbit
