Default BFL - Week 10

Gosh, when I think of the snow/ice storm that grounded me in the house during week 1 in late January, it's really amazing how time has flown.

For me, week 10 needs to be a do-over of week 9. Second verse, NOT the same as the first! Last week was dismal, performance wise. I not only need to repeat the week but need to add an extra to make up for the damage. Good lesson to learn about how much good can be undone if you don't stick to the goals of the plan. Whether you learn it in week 13 or week 9 it really doesn't matter. It's a good lesson to learn.

Week 10/1 brought me some good news...the scale is back down. Last week was scary. I'm going to keep my starting weight as in on the tracker, because I got my butt back on the wagon before our offical restart date. Or should I change it to today's....ya know, in the long run, what does it really matter? Besides, I'm not taking yet another set of before pictures, the ones from Friday will do.

Week 10 already time sure does fly... I had a great time on my vacation, but man I am sorry I wasn't able to stay on plan , the scale was UP from week 1...

Yesterday and today have been perfect though ...

Hello ladies.

I finished my 12 week challenge this weekend. I really thought I would have done better but my last few days I got really sick. I still don't know if I will submit my entry or not at this point. My head is still not in the right space to try and articulate a good essay...Oh well. I am not unhappy with the challenge at all and I know that the next one will be even better!

I can't post pictures yet...need to make more posts in order to do this! LOL.

I will post when I can
