Hi--
I just purchased Jackie Warner's terrific dvd (I first previewed on comcast ).
The dvd's divided into 20-minute sessions: 1 for arms/upper body, 1 for core/stomach area, 1 for legs/lower body.
If the dvd doesn't say how many times to do each session per week to see results, then how many times do I do it to see results?
I typically thought in the past that you had to lift weights three times a week to see results, be it arms or legs, etc.
Suggestions????
