Thanks for posting this. I really enjoyed looking at her site as well and found myself digging around for even more info. I think it was on her site that I found info about perfecting the pullup and chinup. I took the info with me to the gym today and struggled to get from a dead hang to a chin up from a neutral position more than three times. What a blow to my ego. I go do seven or eight chin ups if I don't lower myself all the way down to the bottom again.
