JG: My you have been busy! Your updated photos really reveal all of your hard work. I also enjoyed your descriptions of Train the Trainer day. How fun. :chin: I wonder if this was her second workout for the day on top of yours and if she was sore the next day. Great job on your continued success in making fitness such a priority in your life too.

It doesn't help that I'm dealing with some body dysmorphia, having gone from a 26/28 to a 14/16...so his words planted a seed I'm really struggling with.

Daily I get positive reinforcement from coworkers, gym acquaintances, and then the male population when I'm out-and-about. So, when someone I care about says that, it throws my head into a weird space.

I keep going to my log, looking at the pic to tell myself it exists and he was a doofus.

You look great! It will take a long time for your mind's eye to adjust. And don't forget, even thin people look in the mirror and seem themselves as fat at times, so I don't think it ever really stays in perspective.

Comparison pictures and measurements will really help your mind. :)

Amazing transformation!

Yeah, I don't know what he is smoking to say he doesn't see that big of a difference???? Your shoulders. That's what I noticed first!
