Default NROLW Stage 1-B Question: Lat pull-downs

Hello,

In Workout B, there is a lat pull-down. I'm doing this at home for now. I do not have a regular cable station, but I do have a Total Gym.

Do you think it would be best to use the Total Gym for the lat pull-down or to do the dumbbell alternative that is presented in the book?

I'd go with the total gym one.
