Default Recording Your Workouts

I'm full of questions.

When you record your workouts, do you only count the weight you put on the bar or do you record your bar and dumbbell bars as well?

Just curious. I'm writing down the totals including the bars, since I use a standard bar at home but expect to be using an oly bar at the gym. There's a 20-lb difference between them.

Thanks!

Include the weight of the bar...you've got it right.
