i've just become a member of 3fc as of a few minutes ago
abit about me:28yr old mother of 2,i've been lifting weights/doing cardio for a few years now.i've always enjoyed exercise but i've always struggled with the nutrition......i know 70% success is in what you eat
i really enjoy healthy food and i love the way i look when eating clean foods combined with w.o but then i start to slowly slide back to the old eating habits,then the weight creeps back on,and, well you know the rest
so i've decided enough is enough,i've got to get back on track and start feeling healthy and fit again.so as of tomorrow i'm gonna be eating healthy and working out.
i'm quite looking forward to it,i hate feeling bloated and unhealthy blahhh.
btw i'm gonna be working out at home,i've got a weights bench and various weights and bb and db.for cardio i have a mini lateral stepper and also lots of workout dvds.so i'm happy with that.
as for my nutrition i'll be eating approx 5 small meals a day consisting of protein and complex carbs in the earlier part of the day and fibrous carbs towards the evening also plenty of water
i'll post my starting weight tomorrow also i have bodyfat callipers so i'll post my bodyfat%.it may not be 100% accurate but atleast i'll have a number to go by.
