Okay so I just recently got my butt into gear and started actually trying to work out correctly. I used a personal trainer last week and basically ran the while gammut of machines that I'll be using for my circuit training. He really pushed me....as hard as he could without injuring me, lol.....we talked about "burn" and all of that. By the last rep on each machine, my muscles were straining and shaking, but it wasn't out of my comfort zone, I.E. it burned but I wasn't about to cry or anything. The next morning, not one muscle except my right tricep. Last night I went at it alone. Same thing, today, nothing but my right tricep. What gives....I worked my upper legs, butt, shoulders, and back like no other, plus a 15 minute 3.5mph warm-up on the treadmill. I worked that Hip Adductor like no other!!!
(I'm actually hoping to expand my hips, lol, but I heard it could help my tiny butt look bigger!) I could probably add more weight but I was already at the top of my "this almost isn't going to happen" zone with the weights I had on there. I don't want to push myself too hard too fast.
Besides "hanging from the chandelier intimate times" with my SO....I haven't worked these muscles in as long as I can remember. Shouldn't I be in some kinda of pain? I don't want to be wasting time....should I just add more weights from the get go and REALLLLLLY feel the burn!?
