Default Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle

Okay, I have been looking into this. Now I want to know if anyone has tried it and what their results were.

Nope, unless by "burn the fat, feed the muscle" you mean a diet program that combines lots of lean proteins, fruits and veggies, and good fats with a consistent exercise program that includes weight training. Then most of us have tried it, and gotten great results.

There are no majik bullets.

It's a ebook by Tom Venuto based on eating clean, lifting, and doing cardio. Most of us here do this- it's really the entire basis of my lifestyle. Venuto has good, detailed explanations of the "why and how" but I don't remember s strictly laid out plan. Another good source of the same information is The New Rules of Lifting for Women.

I tried fiddling with a search but it's just ticking me off If you scroll back through the posts in 'Weight and Resistance Training' you should be able to find more info from those of us who have tried it.

Susan, I'm thinking that the thread was at least a year ago? I know there were several folks discussing it.
