Default Pulled my trapezius

So so sad. . .

But at least I have figured out what it is! I swear, I've pulled my trap about 3 times in the past year, and up until this time, I have always thought it was something in my spine going out of alignment. This time, it happened right before my scheduled chiropractor visit, and he said nope, that's a muscle pull.

Who knew. I guess I better be more careful what I do with that!

Well, this time I think I just managed to re-pull whatever I did the FIRST time! So who knows what caused the original injury. It hurts like h-e-double-hockey-sticks, though. I had my hubby massage it last night before bed, and I still woke up so sore & stiff that I could barely move that shoulder or turn my neck on that side at all.

Being up & about today seems to have helped a bit, though - so hopefully I can find time to hit the gym tonight (I am usu. an a.m. exerciser, but just hurt too bad this morning - although I suppose I could've done legs, but was being a weenie. . .), or for sure in the morning.
