Default Room for one more chick?

Hello everyone, my name is Nita and I saw a 3 chicks ticker on one of my scrapbooking forums and decided to check you all out. I was very glad to see a forum for WLS people! I had an open RNY almost 3 years ago on 1/16/03. Honeymoon is definitely over and I need to get a kick in the pants to get the last 45 lbs off. lol I'm also a single mom to 2 little boys (my marriage didn't survive the surgery) so my time has been severely hampered. I'm looking for exercises that I can do at home that don't cost an arm and a leg and also don't require a whole lotta space, I live in my apartment with 3 animals, 2 kids and 1 boyfriend, I'm a little limited in the spacial department. lol

Well, that's me in a nutshell...yes, I'm a nut! lol I'm really looking forward to getting to know the list and hopefully become inspired enough to kick start my weight loss again. Thanks!

1 DH - love of my life
2 DS's - 4 & 6
3 furbabies - 1 woofer, 2 meowers

nita - it's so great to meet you and to see you here!!! we DEFINITELY all need some help in the motivation department! it's not just about the food, it's also about why we eat, and why we manage our feelings in certain ways.

sooo, jump in with both feet!!!!

<so sorry i didn't turn on my computer last night - i fell asleep early!!!!!>
