Default Light-headed

Does the feeling of light-headedness go away? How can I make it stop? Thank you!

Are you drinking enough water? That can be a sign of dehydration. Be sure to mention this to your doctor, though.

ok stevie.. listen up. dehydration is a REAL possibility. and another one is making sure you're getting enough protein. most docs recommend 50-80 grams, divided throughout the day. i had to eat about 15 grams every three hours in order to stay upright.

protein. water. protein water. protein water. that's your day, babe!!!

julie's right - be sure to tell your doc...
