I had RNY gastric bypass surgery 14 months ago. I'm not at goal weight yet, but it was the best decision I've ever made. It has not been easy....but it's been worth it.

I just started my pre op diet and still doing all right,so far so good.
I'm still not sure how I will feel in a couple day but hope it not that hard.
I will keep in touch and talk about my journey as it goes.
