Hi All

Had my lapband done in 12/2005.. My weight was 323 lbs at the time
I did well - went to my Drs visit, eat right and workout daily... Over the years things change..I was no longer eating right, Drs visit was none and I was not working out... My shift change at work and that was it.. I regained all my weight... As of today I weight in at 322 lbs..

Today I end up joining anytime fitness...and started my diet again.. No fills or Dr's visit... jus2t going t get into the gym...

First mini goal to get 299 lbs by Dec 31 ,2015..

I also had a lap band put in several years ago. I lost about 80 lbs and then gained most of it back as I could not get the proper fill. My band was usually way too tight and I had reflux so bad I couldn't sleep at night. I've started the Metabolic Research Center Program and have lost 20 lbs so far. I still have my lap band, but I don't have any fill in it right now and I haven't had it checked out for a few years. I keep thinking if I would have eaten like I am now, I wouldn't have had to have the lap band in the first place.

HEY !!! some old timers like me.. I had mine in 2005 as well. Gained all but 30 lbs back. I do have acid reflux but my problem is mostly.. I eat like crap. Can't seem to get back into the groove.

Maybe we can help each other... band-mates LOL
