I don't know much about that but where I work 6 women have gone to Mexico to get the lap band surgery and they all have had fantastic results.

There's a forum specifically for folks with the surgery.

There are many in this forum who have had gastric bypass.
Are you thinking of having it done, or have you already had it? Either way, hang around and hopefully you will get more responses.
