most of us have had to go to a live seminar. BUT since you're in NL, i'm figuring the center is using webinars and other internet strategies to reach out to people who would otherwise be unable to attend.
The presentation usually goes like this: the surgeon reviews the types of surgery- pros and cons. then discusses what he/she does. and then the services the office has, and general insurance requirements. Sometimes post=ops say a few words. And there should be a way for you to ask questions. The staff is usually on hand to sign people up for appointments as well.
I'm sure they have this feature worked into the webinar as well.
please let us know how it goes. Telemedicine is making great strides and i LOVE hearing how technology helps/hurts/confuses/makes life easier.
