just keep trying. what works one day might not work the next, and vice versa. and watch the amount of air you swallow while you eat and drink. it's an eye opener! in fact, i had to stop using a blender for my protein shakes - all that air just sat in my tiny tummy and THE PAIN!!!! O M G!!!!

once i started mixing them with a spoon and pouring them over ice, everything was fine, especially as i sipped them with a spoon.

remember, you don't have to put things in your mouth the way you did before the surgery. you can nibble little bits of things. you don't have to put a glass or cup to your lips - you can use a spoon. you can lick a little yogurt off the spoon instead of putting a spoonful in your mouth.

tiny tiny little changes can make a big difference.
