Default fluids

I do a good job drinking my fluids. I usually drink propel zero or gatorade g2 or life water. (powerade made me dump)

I did this a few months ago though. I had heard a lot of people who had wls drinking those drink packets that are crush and jolly rancher, Hawaiian punch flavors. there is zero sugar, very few calories. I was like cool I will try something different. Jolly rancher wasn't so bad but that crush especially grape made me crave sweets since it tasted so sweet. I think its from the artificial sweetener in it. So I stopped drinking it. The cravings for sweets went away.

Anyone else drink those and have you noticed anything?

I haven't tried those particular ones, but certain flavors of crystal light and similar things don't seem to quench my thirst, the plain iced tea in particular. And i also add more than the 2 quarts of water [or water the dilution is]. sometimes the flavor is just too strong for my liking.
