Thank you all for your sweet words. I am staying the course and have now lost 234 pounds. I have definitely upped the exercise. It helps me physically and mentally. I think a lot of my bleak feelings are still some grief from my husbands sudden death 2 years ago. If I have learned anything about grief, it is that it is a process!!! Just like weight loss!!!
It is still a little psychedelic :) to walk thorough the large size women's clothing department, where I look at the cloths and see immediately that they are too large for me. :) I look forward to interacting with all of you as we continue our journey. Dee aka activeadventurer |
