That includes chocolate, right? LOL. I almost tried justifying that today. Then I kicked my own petunia for it.

don't push. don't start out your new life working on out-smarting your tool. figure out how to live with it - and happily - and THEN you can start gauging a few treats.

i promise you - in a few months, you'll be able to eat small amounts of whatever you want. just don't push it now. ok? please?

I'm not. I've already gotten protein in today and have stuck with my isopure, protein shake with raspberry Torani made into ice cream, and water.

Last night was my first temptation, but I still wasn't going to mess up already. This is why I've failed every diet. I can't fail this. I'd never forgive myself.
