Goal Weight: 145-150
I'm Married with one son who is 3 yrs old and we MAY try for another in January 2018 as that is 18 months post op.
I fallow Low Calorie, Low Sugar, Low carb high protein diet.

Hi Rebecca!

I'll be your buddy! I had my gastric sleeve surgery on September 28, currently am down almost 39 lbs (38.8). I have 2 children ages 14 & 12 and we are a pretty busy family, my youngest plays travel softball so we are always out with her. I also have cut out sugar, processed foods, most carbs (eat less than 40g/day), soda, caffeine. Most of that elimination I did the year before my surgery.
