BE SURE TO PEEL THEM BEFORE YOU EAT THEM!!!!

the peel is sticky and can ball up in your tiny tummy and form a blockage. and it can be a BAD one.

some of you remember my adventure last summer: threw up for more than 30 hours straight. ended up in the hospital, all dehydrated and everything. the gastroenterologist had to go in there and pop it out.

peachie, ever the kind, loving sister she is, still refers to it as my 'hairball.'

but i don't want anyone else to go through this so peel them!!!!

And don't swallow the pits either!

I really get the heebie jeebies when you talk about peeling peaches and eating pits.

It creeps me out.

YIKES! :eek: Maybe I'll just stick to the canned ones--preferably the sugar free canned ones! :D

lori.. the fresh ones taste so much better than the canned ones! don't deprive yourself of such a lovely treat. just peel the blasted little buggers... a little messy, but no big deal
