Default primal The good The bad The Ugly

The good I felt really good for 2 weeks and lost 5
The bad
I had some carbs @ a super bowl party

The Ugly I turned into cookie monstre for a week and a half and put the 5 back on.

so South beach ph 1 where I can have dairy and beans ad keep the carbs at bay

Ah well, good to know. I find that keeping the carbs at bay is a good but difficult task. I have been doin' all I can and yet, I haven't lost a pound....I haven't gained either.

We just keep pluggin' along, eh Keir?

It's funny I had this revelation that I was trying to get back to healthy for everything butme and once I reminded myself that i did this for ME it helped my perspective!

Ugggh, I hear ya cookie monster. I am finding the longer I say no to sweets, the better it gets for me to resist them (notice I didn't say it gets easier because it doesn't lol). Its not so much the carbs as it is the sugar in my case

Leens with the reactive hypoglycemia I can't even think of sugar without passing out! sigh
