hey gals...

i'm scarce I know. work is busy hanging at other sites tends to keep me busy (and I'm trying to build my sites back up as well)... I"m also in the gym pretty much EVERY DAY now (monday-friday) but weekends lately are SWAMPED so no time for anything.

anyways....

just wanted to drop in and say the scale shows me down 48 pounds since surgery and today I am 17 weeks out so I'm losing about 2.8 pounds per week... not too shabby...

I'm also at 205... so ONEderland is creeping up towards me fast...
