Since I've broke my toe and tailbone exercise hasn't been in the cards. But I swam for 4 years in High School and there's a indoor pool at the local High School a couple of miles from my house so I decided to give it a try.
I'm a very shy person and don't like to go places by myself but going stir crazy I made myself go there and I loved it. I swam 20 laps which isn't great, but no cardio for 3 weeks and having not swam a lap since 1980 I was happy with what I did. I even did my old butterfly stroke which was my event at meets.
It's only $20 a month, just hope I keep it up and not talk myself out of going like I have so many times before. It also helps the people there are really nice just like all of you guys
