This is one smart group and I have learned so much from them and their support is wonderful. Keep us informed and great job on taking off the put-on pounds. I'm not crazy about the life-long nutritional plan given by my clinic, but the NUT is really nice, but not too involved.

I'm 4 years out and the honeymoon is over. I've gained back 45+ lbs I have gone from a slim 150 to a Big 195. I've gone from a size 6/8 to a 14.
